After wowwing all in attendance at Eyecam's VYCE runway show, I pulled Vixy aside to ask her a couple of questions. Vixy has been creating music for five years, and I was lucky enough to catch her after her very first performance at a runway.

We are here post VYCE with VixyVice. Congratulations on your performance. How are you feeling?
Vixy
I am feeling electrified thrilled. That was exhilarating. It was so much fun. Feeling great.
Angid
Okay, very good. And you've been performing for five years at this point - I did some research on you. Has performing in front of crowds gotten any easier?
Vixy
It's always nerve-racking the first, like, second, like, first 10 seconds you’re up there. You feel the jitters, you feel like the nervousness, and then once the song really starts, you come alive.
Angid
Okay, very good. After you've seen all the girls on the runway, do you think maybe you'll be there one day too?
Vixy
I would love to. I will slay that runway, just like I did the stage.
Angid
You definitely did. You definitely did. So how many times did you practice if at all before you came here?
Vixy
So I was doing rehearsals all day yesterday in raw, acapella with the song, you name it. We were running both the songs a few times, just to get, you know, the sound right, the pitch, the tone. A lot of practicing the past two weeks, for sure.
Angid
Were you feeling any nerves, seeing that this was your first, like, I'm assuming your first runway, that you're performing front of?
Vixy
Yes, I definitely did. I was like, I have to come and serve looks and give face and slay that stage.
Angid
So going into the outfit, because I love your outfit. What was your thought process putting that together?
Vixy
So my song White Lies, which is on a new EP that I just dropped called White Lies. It's very grunge. It's very latex. It's very, like, very villainous. So I'm thinking, when I'm looking for the fits, I'm like, I need something that's going to make a statement, but also give that edge that the song like sounds like. So it's pretty easy once I got thinking about that.
Angid
Well, thank you, Vixy.
